A: To successfully claim a damaged or wrong item, your video must:
Start before the package is opened, showing it fully sealed in its original flyer.
Clearly show the shipping label with your name and tracking number.
Show the actual opening of the package and the immediate discovery of the defect or wrong item in one continuous shot (no cuts or edits).

Because Stylirt operates on a Print-on-Demand model, every product is custom-made just for you! It takes about 2 to 5 business days to print and quality-check your apparel. After dispatch, standard shipping takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your location. You can expect your order to arrive within 7 to 10 business days in total.
Yes, but strictly within 12 hours of placing the order. Because we use an automated fulfillment system, your order is pushed directly to our printing facilities exactly 12 hours after it is placed. Once the printing process begins, the order cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded. To cancel within the window, please email our support team immediately with "URGENT: CANCELLATION" and your Order Number in the subject line.
As soon as your order is printed and handed over to our delivery partners, you will receive an email and/or SMS with your unique tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey.
